Our goal is to provide a social networking outlet for those involved in enabling synergies between traditional and non-traditional civil-military partners before, during and after all hazard responses.

What the hell does that mean?  We want to help people who are invloved in responding to tough situations to get together and talk about stuff that can help save lives.  Otherwise, just avoiding the business card swap at the scene is a good start.
